Alice L. Eicher, age 94, of Fayette, Ohio passed away Friday, May 2, 2008, at Fulton Manor in Wauseon, Ohio. She was born February 25, 1914, in Gorham Twp., Ohio to Lanson and Arvilla (Powers) Burnham. She married Maynard I. Eicher on April 23, 1936, and he preceded her in death on February 10, 1988.

Alice was employed at Fayette Tubular for 19 years. She graduated from Fayette High School Class of 1932 and was a 50 year member of Eastern Star in Fayette.

Surviving Alice are several nieces, nephews and special friend, Verna Bailey of Wauseon, Ohio. She was preceded in death by her husband and one brother, Blair Burnham.

Visitation for Alice will be Monday, May 5, 2008, at 3:30 p.m. at Eagle Funeral Home in Fayette with a grave side service to follow at Lauber Hill Cemetery in German Township, Ohio.

In lieu of flowers those planning an expression of sympathy may make memorial contributions to Hospice of Williams and Fulton Counties or Fulton County Cancer Society.
