William W. Randolph, age 84, of Hudson, Michigan passed away Monday, April 14, 2008, at his home. He was born June 26, 1923 in Milan, Michigan to David and Turcy M. (Smith) Randolph. He was married to Mary Jean Underwood for 34 years. They were married on November 14, 1947 in Tecumseh, Michigan and she survives.

Bill was a life long self employed contractor, former owner of Frosty Freeze in Hudson for 10 years, also known as "Tiger Town", and was previously employed at Tecumseh Products for 15 years. He was a member of Pittsford Liberty Bible Church, Hudson American Legion Hannan Colvin Post #180 and was a amphibian tractor driver in the US Army during WW II in the Philippines. He received several medals, ribbons and battle stars for fighting in the Battles of New Guinea, Bismark Archipelago and Luzon. He enjoyed traveling up north, vacationing in Florida, fishing, family gatherings and dearly loved his children and grandchildren.

Surviving Bill is special companion of 29 years, Barb Kirkman of Hudson; four children, Nancy Barnhart of Hudson, Jerry (Dolores) Randolph of Hudson, Brenda (Edwin) Muck of Port Charlotte, Florida and Bonnie (Frank) Rodesiler of Waldron; ten grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren, two brothers, Clarence (Wilma) Randolph of Tecumseh and Edward (Pat) Randolph of Florida; step-daughter, Joan (Jeff) Bowman of Adrian and two step-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters, Dorothy and Mabel, three brothers, Lester, Levi and Jesse and step-mother, Salome.

Funeral services for Bill Randolph will be Friday, April 18, 2008, at 11:00 a.m. at Pittsford Liberty Bible Church with Dr. Rev. Samuel Wickard officiating. Military interment will follow at Maple Grove Cemetery in Hudson. Visitation will be Wednesday and Thursday from 5-8 p.m. at the Eagle Funeral Home in Hudson.

Those planning an expression of sympathy may make memorial contributions to Hospice of Lenawee County, Pittsford Liberty Bible Church or the American Cancer Society.
