Norm was the best neighbor/friend one could have. So many fun times...too many to mention here. He had such a great spirit, you loved to be around him. I'll always remember him teaching me how to turkey call inside the Bench Pub on St. Paddy's day. No one could figure out where that turkey was... Norm and I giggled like little kids! Rest in peace Norm.

So sorry to hear of Norm's passing. It was always a pleasure seeing Norm when we were camping there and Conway always loved Norm! I remember about 5 years ago camping out there and we were fishing the canal and seen a snake and Conway ran to get Norm "to keep him safe". Prayers to you Donna and family.

Norm will definitely be missed. My heart goes out to the family. My father introduced to me to Norm many years ago when I was a child and they worked together at the bumper plant. Never ceased to amaze me , he was always kind hearted and full of laughs!

I'm so sorry that Norm is gone. He taught me how to hunt and I'm glad to have known Norm Bayliss. His enthusiasiam for the outdoors is unmatched. I still to this day refer to him as "uncle". He was a fair man whom I will always remember, He was always interested in how you were doing. His quick laugh is still heard in the echos of my memory. I will never forget and smile even now thinking of a joke he told some forty years ago, "The wide-mouth frog" when Norm was around you had fun. I will miss Norm may he rest now.
