Bonnie Sue Weakley

Bonnie Sue Weakley, 76, formerly of Hillsdale, passed away Thursday, April 12, 2018 at Northern Lakes Nursing and Rehabilitation center in Angola, IN. She was born July 29, 1941 in Adrian to Leslie and Ila Fay (Lett) Gallippo. Bonnie married Charles Weakley on November 8, 1963 and he preceded her in death in 2013.
She graduated from Camden Frontier High School in 1959. Bonnie loved art, especially drawing, painting and coloring. She also enjoyed gardening and bowling and was a member of the Ohio Woman’s Bowling Association.
Bonnie is survived by her daughters, Lori (Kenneth) Galvis of Port Orange, Florida and Sherrie (Virgil) Briggs of Osseo; sisters, Carol Mitchell of Frontier, Karen Parkhurst of Daytona Beach, Florida, Jane Keith of Frontier and Penny (Gary) Snyder of Camden; brothers, Guy (Deborah) Russell of Frontier and Robert Russell of Hillsdale; four grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
In addition to her husband, Charles, Bonnie was preceded in death by her parents and son, Charles Allen.
Funeral services for Bonnie Sue Weakley will be held Tuesday, April 17, 2018 at 1:00 PM at the Eagle Funeral Home-George White Chapel in Reading with Reverend Alan Fenstermaker officiating. Interment will be held at a later date in Rest Haven Cemetery in Tennessee. The family will receive friends for visitation Tuesday from 11:00 AM until the time of service at the funeral home.
Memorials are suggested to the Cambria Baptist Church.
